Onboard clients by collecting documents, not chasing email attachments
Every client relationship starts with a document request: KYC, contracts, prior records, whatever your work needs. Doing it over email means attachments in inboxes, version confusion, and readable copies you now hold indefinitely.
ShieldFive File Request replaces that first-week scramble with one link and a checklist. The client uploads with no account, each file sealed to your keys in their browser, and you start the relationship with a clean, encrypted set of exactly what you asked for.
The first thing you send them works
A signup wall is a strange opening move in a new relationship. Your client opens one link, reads a checklist of what you need, and uploads — no account, no password, no support ticket in week one.
KYC that isn’t sitting readable anywhere
Identity documents and prior records are encrypted to your public key on the client’s device. The onboarding pack lands with us as ciphertext with encrypted filenames, so the most concentrated data you will ever hold about a client reaches the platform holding it only as ciphertext.
Post-quantum by default, not by tier
Onboarding files are sealed with a hybrid of ML-KEM-1024 and X25519 from the open-source @shieldfive/crypto core. It is the default on every request rather than a security tier you are upsold once the relationship is worth enough.
