Membership and application forms that stay confidential
Membership and application forms often collect personal circumstances, references, and background details that applicants expect you to hold in confidence. A generic form host reads and retains all of it.
ShieldFive Secure Forms seals each application to your keys in the applicant’s browser. Applicants submit with no account; you decrypt the responses in-house, and we only ever store ciphertext.
Confidence you can actually keep
Applicants disclose circumstances and referees on the understanding that only the committee reads them. Each answer is encrypted to your public key on their device, so "only we can see this" describes the system rather than an intention.
Applying is not joining yet
Asking someone to create an account before they have even applied loses applications. They open a link and submit — no account, no password. Only the organisation running the form needs a free ShieldFive account.
Membership data stays in the EU
Ciphertext and metadata are stored in the EU, with a GDPR data-processing agreement on every seat. Membership lists can be sensitive in themselves — for a union, a faith group, or a political association, the roster is the disclosure risk.
The questions are sealed as well
The form’s title and questions are encrypted with a key in the link, so what you are asking applicants is not readable on our servers. Anyone with the link can read the questions; a link without its key is refused.
Collect answers you can’t leak
Build a form, share the link, and every answer is sealed to your keys in the respondent’s browser — no account for them.
